Terms of Service

Welcome to Still Home Interiors (“Still Home,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Still Home Interiors is a Switzerland-based interior design studio offering virtual design consultations and digital design services.

By accessing our website, booking a service, or purchasing a design package, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

1. Services

Still Home Interiors provides virtual interior design services, including one-on-one consultations and digital design packages. Deliverables may include written recommendations, mood boards, layouts, shopping lists, and design guides (“Deliverables”).

Our services are advisory and design-focused only. We do not provide architectural, engineering, construction, legal, or safety compliance services.

2. Client Responsibilities

To ensure accurate recommendations, you agree to:

• Provide complete and accurate information, including measurements, photos, and constraints

• Disclose rental rules, HOA requirements, or structural limitations

• Review Deliverables promptly and provide feedback within any stated revision period

You are responsible for confirming that all recommendations, dimensions, and products are suitable for your space before furniture purchases or installation.

3. Booking, Payment, and Currency

All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Currency policy:

• Clients located in Switzerland are charged in CHF

• Clients located in the United States are charged in USD

By booking, you acknowledge and accept the applicable currency. Stripe or your bank may apply exchange rates or transaction fees outside of our control.

Payment is due in full at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.

4. Cancellations, Rescheduling, and Refunds

Consultations (e.g., The Still Hour)

• Rescheduling is permitted with at least 24 hours’ notice

• Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows are non-refundable

• Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to respect scheduled end times

Design Packages (e.g., The Still Room, The Cozy Home)

Design packages involve time reserved and custom work:

• If cancelled before work begins, a refund may be issued minus an administrative fee

• If cancelled after work begins, refunds are not guaranteed and may be prorated based on work completed, or the completed portion may be delivered instead

5. Timelines and Communication

Estimated timelines are shared at booking or in your welcome materials and assume timely client responses. Delays in providing information may extend delivery dates.

Communication is primarily via email or your booking platform. Please allow up to two business days for responses.

6. Revisions

Design packages include a defined number of revision rounds as stated in the service description. Revisions are limited to adjustments consistent with the approved design direction. Additional revisions or expanded scope may incur additional fees.

7. Third-Party Products and Services

Shopping links and product suggestions are provided for convenience. Availability, pricing, quality, shipping, and installation are controlled by third-party vendors.

Still Home Interiors is not responsible for third-party actions, delays, defects, or outcomes, including retailers, contractors, or delivery services.

8. Subjective Nature of Design

Design outcomes are inherently subjective. While we strive to align recommendations with your preferences and constraints, we cannot guarantee specific results, satisfaction, or outcomes affected by lighting, screen differences, material variation, or personal taste.

9. Intellectual Property

All Deliverables remain the intellectual property of Still Home Interiors.

You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use Deliverables for personal use in your home. Deliverables may not be resold, shared commercially, or used to create derivative works without written permission.

10. Portfolio Use

With your consent, we may feature non-identifying elements of your project (such as mood boards or layouts) in our portfolio or marketing. No personal or sensitive information will be shared.

You may opt out at any time by contacting us.

11. Website Use

You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, or attempt unauthorized access. We reserve the right to restrict access if misuse is suspected.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law:

• Still Home Interiors is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• Total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by law.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Switzerland, unless mandatory consumer protection laws require otherwise.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. The effective date above indicates when changes apply. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
