Is taking the style quiz required?

We suggest beginning with our style quiz to give us an early understanding of your design preferences. Nothing is set in stone—this is simply a starting point. During your detailed briefing call, you’ll have plenty of time to share your ideas, vision, and specific needs with your interior designer so we can shape the project around you.

What should I do before my first consultation?

Before our meeting, we recommend you to collect a few inspirational images for the spaces you’d like support with. They can come from anywhere—magazines, Pinterest, saved screenshots—and simply help us understand the feeling and direction you’re drawn to, whether that’s overall atmosphere, materials, or specific furniture styles.

If you’re not sure where to begin or don’t yet have a clear sense of your style, that’s absolutely fine. We’re here to guide you and can shape your design concept from the ground up, creating a cohesive vision tailored to you.

 How does the interior designer understand my style and preferences?

Your interior designer develops a strong sense of your style by reviewing your Style Quiz results alongside everything discussed during your initial briefing call. Because great design is collaborative, you’re also invited to send us some inspiration images. These references help us clearly understand your vision—from the overall atmosphere you’re drawn to, down to specific furniture pieces and details you love.

How will my interior designer understand how my space looks when I purchased an online package?

When you book our online design service, you’ll be guided through a simple project setup process that allows us to fully understand your space. This includes sending us floor plans, photos, or a short video of your room.

In addition, your interior designer will schedule an initial video call at the start of your project. During this call, you can walk through the space in more detail, so we can fully grasp the layout, proportions, and any specific considerations before beginning the design.

How a normal project comes together?

Step 1: Get in Contact
After you took the style quiz we will review your brief and reach out to schedule a kickoff video call to discuss your vision, design direction, and color palette.

Step 2: Concept to Design
Your interior designer will develop a complete design plan, including layout recommendations, furniture selections, and finishing touches. Every piece is thoughtfully chosen to bring your space together in a cohesive, intentional way.

Step 3: Review & Project Wrap Up
Once your design is finalized, you’ll receive a detailed presentation along with a curated furniture and sourcing list tailored to your space. We’ll review everything together, gather your feedback, and make any final refinements to ensure the design feels fully aligned with your vision.

When your project is complete, we’d truly appreciate you sharing your experience in a review.

What is the time commitment needed from from my side?

Your level of involvement is entirely up to you. Some clients enjoy being hands-on and sharing detailed feedback, while others prefer to take a step back and let their interior designer lead. Both approaches work equally well.

We want to make great design accessible—even if you don’t have strong opinions about fabrics, finishes, or materials. Once you’ve paid the design fee and officially kicked off your project, we take care of the heavy lifting.

Here’s what the timeline typically looks like:

Initial moodboard: delivered within 3 business days to establish the overall look and feel

First design concepts: shared 4-6 business days after that

Revisions (if needed): provided within 2-3 business days of receiving your feedback

Final layout: completed within 2–3 business days once the concept is approved

You’re always encouraged to share feedback along the way to ensure everything feels aligned. Timelines can vary slightly depending on the project, but the process is designed to be smooth, efficient, and respectful of your time. Once the final design is approved, you’re ready to place orders and bring your space to life.

What can I do to making the most of my design collaboration?

A successful design project is a shared effort. Here are a few ways to ensure you get the best possible outcome from working with your interior designer:

Share clear, thoughtful feedback
We rely on your input to refine the direction of your space. If something resonates—or doesn’t—let us know and explain what feels right or off to you. The early stages of the project are all about aligning on the overall vision, so speaking up early helps ensure the final design truly reflects what you want.

Stay engaged throughout the process
Each project follows a set timeline, and timely feedback plays a key role in keeping everything on track. Responding quickly allows us to move forward smoothly and ensures no valuable time is lost.

How do choose the right package for my Open-Plan Space?

For open-plan homes, we approach the design by clearly defining each functional zone within the shared space. Even though the apartment is open, each area is treated as its own design focus. In your case, this would include:

• The Living area

• The Dining area

• The Home office

Because each zone has a distinct purpose and set of needs, we recommend selecting three single-area design packages. This allows us to thoughtfully design each space while ensuring everything works together seamlessly as one cohesive whole.

Can I keep and use some or all of my existing furniture?

Yes—we can absolutely design around pieces you already own and love. At the start of your project, you can send us photos and measurements of any furniture you’d like to keep.

Having this information allows your interior designer to thoughtfully integrate those items into the overall plan, ensuring the final design feels cohesive, intentional, and tailored to your space from start to finish.

What do you source for my space?

We source a wide range of pieces to fully outfit your space—from everyday essentials to more distinctive finds. We work with a mix of well-known brands and trusted manufacturers to ensure both quality and variety.

Depending on your project, this can include furniture, lighting, art, rugs, accessories, plants, flooring, and other finishing details. Every item is selected with the goal of creating a cohesive, well-balanced space that feels complete and thoughtfully designed.

Is this service fully virtual?

Yes. Our design services are delivered virtually, allowing you to work with us from anywhere. All communication, presentations, and revisions take place online in a clear and structured process. This approach keeps the experience flexible, efficient, and accessible—while still providing a highly personalized and thoughtful design outcome.
